We send all orders by a tracked and signed service because we want our bags to get to you quickly and in perfect condition. Delivery rates are calculated by the size, weight, value of the order and it's destination.
We offer free delivery within the UK via a tracked service. This means that our bags should reach UK destinations within 1-2 business days depending on the time of ordering.
Rest of the World
Delivery to all other countries is £25.00 and parcels aim to be delivered within 5-7 working days depending on time of ordering.
Please note international shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. As the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the country you are shipping to.
The levels and thresholds of charges may vary from country to country so unfortunately S.JOON cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact the customs authority of the destination country for more help.
We hope you’ll love your purchase but if it isn’t quite right, we will happily accept returns of unused items within 14 days of goods delivered. Please inform us of your request in writing to email@example.com and we will send instructions by email.
We take care to ensure that all our items are shipped in excellent condition. Please send unused items back in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please ensure that the parcel is properly protected when returning as returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note that you are responsible for the items during shipping. We therefore recommend you choose a tracked method of shipping. Once we receive your item we will issue you with a full refund by the original payment method. Please note that card refunds can take up to 14 days to complete depending on the card issuer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us via email within 24 hours of receiving the items with all the details. If we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
